The following list provides links to haul out facilities suitable for vessel survey in Auckland and Northland.
Note that the facilities vary. Wide (such as multihulls), deep draft, or heavy vessels may not be able to be hauled at all facilities and haulage may need to be timed around tides.
Haul out costs are not generally included in the price of surveys.
How long will it take?
A lift and hold for pre purchase or insurance survey usually requires a minimum of an hour although much more time may be needed for large boats.
Note: The interior, systems and structure assessment time for pre purchase inspections ranges from 3-4 hours to days for large vessels. Average pre purchase boat inspections/surveys usually take us most of a day (excluding reporting).
